Reconstruction of the fishing harbour ‘Kąty Rybackie II’

Our company is responsible for developing complete design documentation and providing author's supervision for the reconstruction of the ‘Kąty Rybackie II’ fishing harbour in the municipality of Sztutowo. Importantly, it was Antea Polska that also developed the programme and spatial concept, which became the basis for further investment activities. The project is being carried out for the Maritime Office in Gdynia.

A modern marina will be built in the western part of the Vistula Lagoon, close to the existing harbour infrastructure. Thanks to the implementation of the investment, the safety and comfort of local fishermen will increase, as well as the functionality of the entire facility. The project includes, among other things:

• expansion of the mooring line and reconstruction of the quay,
• deepening of the bottom of the basin,
• installation of new water supply systems,
• tidying up of the traffic system,
• demolition of obsolete infrastructure elements and preparation of space for new technical facilities.
