Antea Polska S.A. will develop design documentation for the construction of the sewerage collector for the construction of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (The Central Communication Port), with the possibility of using it during the airport's operational phase.

Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK), an intermodal transport hub combining air, rail and road transport, is located in the municipality of Baranów at a distance of approximately 37 km of the centre of Warsaw. The construction of the sewerage collector aims to connect the sanitary sewerage network from the area of CPK with the urban sanitary sewerage network in the city of Zyrardow.

Within the scope of the task, the complete design documentation will be prepared for the sanitary sewage system with a length of about 13 km, together with the necessary facilities and connection to the existing infrastructure. The designed infrastructure includes the sewage pumping station, pressure and gravity sewage networks. The network will run through, among others, the municipality of Teresin, Baranow, Wiskitki and the city of Zyrardow.

The scope of the services

The scope of the services include: 

  • development of the conceptual design, including the sewage system route,
  • development of the complete construction design (including land development design, architectural-construction design and other studies required to obtain a building permit decision,
  • development of the detailed designs for all branches,
  • Technical Specifications for Work Accomplishment and Acceptance for all components of construction works, 
  • cost estimates, bills of quantities,
  • obtaining necessary approvals, decisions, permits and agreements,
  • providing author's supervision,
  • providing technical consultancy services.
     

The scope of design documentation

The project will includes the preparation of the design documentation for the construction and installation of the sewerage networks and facilities within the scope of: 

  • removal of collisions of designed networks with the existing infrastructure 
  • technological works
  • networks, including: 
    • design of the sanitary sewage network and the water supply network for flushing the delivery sewage system, if necessary
    • design of technological network facilities: sanitary sewage pumping stations, installation of inspection and the connection manholes on the sewerage networks
  • connections to the existing infrastructure:
    • connections of the newly designed sections to the existing sewerage network under the supervision of the Contracting Authority and network Administrators
  • all other works necessary to complete the task 
    • obtaining the building permit decision

The investment will be completed with the final use permit decision.
