Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) Report for the Skoczyklody Wind Farm consisting of 12 wind turbines with a total capacity of 36 MW.

Scope of work

The scope of the VDD report included:

  • Analysis and assessment of the general characteristics of the wind farm, conditions and technologies used
  • General assessment of the wind farm location
  • Assessment of the actual production volumes and factors affecting production
  • Review of service contracts and agreements related to the operation of the wind farm (wind turbine service contract, wind farm maintenance contract, wind farm operation contract)
  • Verification of the completeness of obtained decisions, permits, arrangements
  • Verification of the completeness of properties and their compliance with issued decisions/permits
  • Verification and analysis of connection conditions and other connection aspects, including: connection agreements, distribution agreements, concessions, licenses, certificates
  • Analysis and assessment of compliance with environmental regulations
