Program and spatial concept of water and brine pipelines with accompanying infrastructure for Damaslawek Underground Cavern Warehouse.
The subject of the study was the analysis of the possibility of transporting water from the Brda and Vistula rivers for the needs of the Damaslawek Cavern Underground Warehouse and the transfer of brine to the Vistula river and chemical plants. The concept presents an alternative selection of routes and location of facilities, taking into account, among others, technical, economic and environmental aspects.
The project included the construction of DN600 - DN700 pipelines over a total length of more than 100 km together with a water intake and pumping station with a capacity of approx. 2500 m3/d.
