development of a detailed design together with detailed technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of construction works
development of works' pre-dimensions and investor's cost estimates
obtaining all necessary consents, opinions, agreements, permissions, permits and final administrative decisions necessary for the construction of the investment, separately for stages I and II
