Antea Polska S.A. is implementing a project for the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline for the needs of the cogeneration source in Będzin Łagisza under the title ‘Developing project documentation along with obtaining a construction permit and performing author's supervision for the construction of the Mierzęcice - Będzin Łagisza gas pipeline’.

Investment objective

The purpose of the investment is the construction of a DN400 high-pressure gas pipeline, which will ensure the supply of natural gas from the transmission system to the new cogeneration source planned in Będzin Łagisza. The gas pipeline will be fed to the reduction and measurement station located on the area of TAURON Ciepło in Będzin.

Scope of work

The scope of work carried out by Antea Polska includes comprehensive design and formal activities in the following stages:

  • Stage I - Obtaining the investment location decision
  • Stage II - Developing the construction design (PAB + PZT) and submitting a complete application for a construction permit
  • Stage III - Obtaining the final construction permit decision
  • Stage IV - Technical design development
  • Stage V - Detailed design development
  • Stage VI - Author's supervision at the stage of investment realisation

Additionally, as part of the entrusted tasks, we will make arrangements with the relevant technical supervision unit and obtain a document confirming positive acceptance of the documentation.

In the course of design work, our priority is to optimise both capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating costs (OPEX), so as to minimise the total costs of implementation and use of the gas pipeline throughout its lifetime.

Antea Polska has many years of experience and strong competence in the design of gas infrastructure, including high-pressure gas pipelines. Among other things, the company is currently executing design documentation for a strategic section of the transmission system, the Wronów - Rozwadów - Strachocina gas pipeline with a diameter of DN1000.
