Antea Polska S.A. signed an agreement with Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o. for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of a replacement underground water intake with a water treatment station as part of the reconstruction of the existing water supply network in the municipality of Teresin".  

The subject of the order is to provide design services for the development of a complete project documentation together with obtaining the necessary approvals, decisions and permits, including a building license.

The project involves the construction of a replacement underground water intake in the municipality of Teresin, together with the construction of a water treatment station for this intake and the reconstruction of the existing water supply system with its connection to the new station. 

The main purpose of the investment is to ensure the supply of treated water to the residents of the municipality located outside the area of the planned airport, after the decommissioning of the "Maurycew".

Scope of the agreement

Under the basic scope of the agreement, Antea Polska: 

  1. will drill a well for the replacement intake along with hydrogeological documentation establishing groundwater exploitation resources; 
  2. will develop multi-discipline design documentation for the construction of the replacement water treatment station with well casing and for the construction and demolition of the water supply network colliding with the CPK site, together with the required agreements and administrative decisions; 
  3. will provide author's supervision; 
  4. will provide technical consulting services.

The scope of the design work includes, among others, the development of:

  • Hydrogeological documentation together with a decision establishing exploitation resources, 
  • Conceptual design with agreements (technical conditions for reconstruction of networks, owners' consents),
  • Construction design with obtaining the rights to dispose of the property for construction purposes,
  • Detailed designs, technical specifications, cost estimates.

Antea Polska S.A. has many years of experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects, particularly water and sewage works.
