The CHP plant will be outfitted with highly efficient 76 MW gas-oil water boilers. The start-up of the new boiler plant will significantly affect the reduction of pollutants into the atmosphere. Using gaseous fuel to operate the boiler plant will reduce pollution: sulphur dioxide SO2 to 91 percent, nitrogen oxides NOX to 78 percent and carbon dioxide CO2 to 28 percent.

The investment is worth PLN 51.8 million, and the heat from the new boiler house will be supplied to the inhabitants of Podbeskidzie region in 2023.
