Design documentation of the water supply network for Centralny Port Komunikacyjny

The investment involves the construction of a drinking water pipeline of about 13 kilometers from the Żyrardów city to Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (the Central Communication Port), as 2-pump pipes laid in parallel, which will run through the municipalities of Teresin, Wiskitki and Żyrardów city, among others.

The task involves the preparation of complete design documentation to enable the implementation of the project with the necessary facilities and integration into the existing infrastructure of the network operator, and the scope of the contract includes:

• Development of preliminary and pre-design documentation, 
• Development of design documentation with required agreements, including: 
  • conceptual design with the necessary agreements and consents of the owners of land plots through which the route of the water pipeline will run,  
  • construction design (including land development design, architectural-construction design and technical design), 
  • other studies required to obtain a construction permit decision, 
  • executive designs of all branches, 
  • inventory of greenery, 
  • site restoration project to the condition specified by the site administrators (in particular, restoration of roads, sidewalks, slopes, ditches, greenery),
  • Specifications for Work Accomplishment and Acceptance for all construction works that will be carried out on the basis of the documentation and obtain the approval of the Contracting Authority in this regard, 
  • Investor's cost estimates, and bills of quantities, covering all branch projects.
• Obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all necessary approvals, including owners of land plots, decisions, including water-legal reports, permits and agreements, and including the final decision on the construction permit, 
• Providing author's supervision in all branches in accordance with applicable regulations.

This is another task carried out by Antea Polska for the Central Communication Port, in addition to:

• Development of design documentation for the construction of a sewage collector for the time of construction of the Central Communication Port, together with the possibility of use at the stage of operation of the airport, and
• Providing design services for the task: Construction of a replacement groundwater intake with a water treatment station as part of the reconstruction of the existing water supply network in the municipality of Teresin”.
